We also use a custom paintball specially formulated for the perfect shell thickness, to ensure the paintball is not too hard.
We routinely have players as young as 8 years old (including Girl Scouts) play at our facility.
If you are worried about the pain, we recommend you rent a camoflauge jumpsuit and body armor, which will help reduce paintball impact.
